No Slaughterhouse Line Speed Rollbacks!

The USDA is considering rules that would speed up meat production — allowing slaughterhouse line regulations to operate at an even faster speed for poultry, and be completely eliminated for hogs. That means more slaughterhouse pollution, more hazardous working conditions, and even less oversight of the food we put on our tables.
