Congress: No Immunity for Big Oil

Big Oil is seeking blanket immunity from climate accountability.

As more and more communities join together to demand Big Oil pay their fair share for devastating climate change disasters, their allies in Congress want to shield fossil fuel companies from liability.

This "get out of jail free" card would allow fossil fuel corporations to keep raking in record profits while we all pay the price for their pollution. We can’t give this toxic industry any more free passes when our communities are burning, flooding, and being destroyed by climate change.
